Our role as your Private Certifier
We ensure projects comply with building regulations from the development approval phase through to project completion.
As registered certifiers in NSW, we assess projects against the relevant planning controls, building regulations and compliance requirements to help keep your project moving forward. As Private Certifiers, we are independent regulators of development. We provide clear assessment advice and fast turnaround times while ensuring legislative requirements are met.

Construction Certificate
A Construction Certificate is required after DA approval and confirms that the approved plans meet the NSW Building Code and relevant conditions before building work starts.
As your certifier, we assess and issue the CC, act as Principal Certifier, complete the required inspections during the build, and issue the Occupation Certificate at completion, when all requirements are satisfied.
Complying Development Certificate
A CDC is a fast-track approval for eligible building work that meets NSW planning and building requirements, allowing work to start without a full council DA.
As your appointed certifier, we assess and issue the CDC, carry out the required critical stage inspections during construction, and issue the final Occupation Certificate when the work is complete and compliant.
