Silver Certifiers was established in 2014 and has built a strong reputation helping homeowners, builders, and architects navigate the building certification process across Sydney’s Inner West and surrounds.
Sam Pratt is fully registered with the NSW Building Commission. He has worked in the NSW building and planning industry for more than 30 years, including 16 years in local government, where he held senior management positions across several council areas. Sam has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Health) from the University of Western Sydney, a Master of Environmental Management and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney.
